Mark the Calendar: 2015 Halloween Family Fun Day

The annual Halloween Family Fun Day, organized by the Maple Grove Community Organization, ready for the little ghosts, goblins, and other costumed children is ready to take place Oct. 17 at Weaver Lake Park and Beach, 8401 Dunkirk Lane.

Advance registration opens Oct. 1, online only at No mail or phone reservations are accepted. Spaced is limited, early registration is suggested. 

The Oct. 17 event is from 1-4 p.m., with a cost of $5 per child (ages 2-8 years), adults are free.  All games, trick or treats and rides are included in the cost.  Additional refreshments available for a fee.

Children will have an opportunity to follow a map of more than 20 stations of games, such as the Web of Confusion Maze, the Scarecrow Jump, Esmeralda’s the Witches potion, Halloween Mini Golf, bingo, inflatable rides, pumpkin roll, crafts, music and more for an early Halloween kick off.
