Former Alleygators/Spectrum Lanes Site

After being up for sale for approximately seven years, the former Alleygators/Spectrum Lanes site in Maple Grove has sold and a new business appears to be on the horizon.

Located at 13001 62nd Place, just off of Bass Lake Road, approvals for the site development plans have been granted to construct a 33,032 square foot day care facility called Children’s Learning Adventure, according to Maple Grove Community Development Director Dick Edwards.

The land for the former Alleygators site was purchased by ECE I LLC in August 2015 for $3,392,000, according to the Hennepin County Property tax website as listed on the Certificate of Real Estate Value.  It was formerly owned by R&M Partnership LLP located in Minnetonka.

Demolition (pictured) of the Alleygators/Spectrum Lanes started in mid-September.
