“For a few years, we have known in our hearts that Maple Grove was meant to be the home for our third school,” The Cradle Club CEO Maria Erickson said.
The new Maple Grove site opened Aug. 24, located at 13986 Maple Knoll Way. Currently, The Cradle Club has the ability to serve 96 children ranging from six weeks of age to kindergarten in Maple Grove in six classrooms: two infant, two toddler, and two preschool.
“We designed our school to be a cozy, kid-friendly, educational and fun home-away-from-home,” Erickson said. “To top it all off, our greatest highlight is our talented and loving staff! We have the very best early childhood professionals and we trust that when you meet them, you will think they are as amazing as we do.”Some of the highlights, she indicated, include:
- Carpeted, spacious, windowed classroom
- Einstein Room for art and activities
- Two large outdoor playground
- Indoor muscle room
The philosophy of the new Maple Grove business is simple, Erickson said, stating every child needs “love, security, acceptance, control, guidance, and protection.” Teachers provide this by understanding each parent’s goals and values and following an established plan for each child.
“In addition to our tailor made age-appropriate, skill-building theme based curriculum, each child in our care gets to partake in our dynamic enrichment programs including Spanish Splash, Character Building, Fun with Fitness, and more,” Erickson said.
Growth is in the future for The Cradle Club, which anticipates eventually opening an additional four classrooms to serve another 70 children.
“We want to be the best place the families of Maple Grove can take their infant, toddler or preschooler for excellent care, education and a loving extension of their family unit,” Erickson said. “Our director and a number of our amazing teachers grew up in this community and are so excited to have the chance to be here to serve you!”
