Nov 27, 2015 07:21AM, Published by Wendy Erlien, Categories: Business, Community

Several Maple Grove businesses are helping to give back this holiday season by hosting toy and food drives to help local families through nonprofit organization CROSS Services.

Each year, the holiday season is made a little brighter for more than 900 local children receiving gifts through the CROSS Holiday Toy Shop.

Items in greatest need for 2015 are gifts for teenagers. A few ideas include gifts cards for books, clothing, entertainment, and general merchandise or headphones/ear buds, tool sets, sport bags, video games, and board games.
