2015 Changes at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes

Parking project underway at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes.
While shopping at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes during the holiday season, you may have noticed a few changes – including new and closed businesses plus more parking.
Rubi Jubi opened in January 2015 and is focused on helping “young women fine the perfect dress for exciting events and occasions,” according to their website. In addition to prom dresses, the business has a casual and dressy rompers, dresses, pants, tops, accessories, and shoes.
In addition to store openings, shoppers said farewell to three businesses at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes last year, when Brooks Brothers, Journeys, and Anthropologie closed their doors.
Businesses weren’t the only changes last year at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes. The busy business venue adding more parking.
“We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience for our customers,” Property Marketing Director of The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes Jennie Zafft told Maple Grove Voice in September. The project opened up “106 angled parking spots directly in front of our retailers, giving shoppers better access to their favorite stores at The Shoppes.” As part of the project, sidewalk widths were reduced as well as light poles and planters relocated.
While no official announcements have been made, Zafft says some “new deals are in the works” for 2016 at The Shoppes.
