“After the success of our first location in Woodbury, we knew Maple Grove would be a great fit.” - Café Zupas PR and Content Manager Jen Robinson.
“We serve soups, salads, and sandwiches that are made fresh in our kitchen every single day. We’re proud to receive daily deliveries of produce, meats, and dairy, utilizing local suppliers where we can,” Robinson said. “If you were to step into our kitchen in the mornings, you’d see chopping, slicing, and sautéing. Ultimately, we believe firmly that it is indeed possible to be a fast-casual restaurant that serves healthful, fresh food you’d feel comfortable eating multiple times a week.”
Menu items include chef-crafted salads, house-made soups, grilled panni and gourmet sandwiches as well as desserts and drinks along with offer catering.
“Our menu offers great variety for all sorts of palates, but for first timers we recommend the Chicken Enchilada Chili Soup and the Honey Bacon Club Sandwich - especially with how cold it’s sure to be in February,” Robinson said.
Café Zupas first opened in 2004 in Provo, Utah and now has several locations in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. The new Maple Grove location will be the second in Minnesota. The Woodbury location opened in September 2015.
“It was an area that had a fantastic location for our restaurant, as well as one that fits within our demographic,” Robinson said of Maple Grove.
To celebrate the opening, Café Zupas will be having promotions on their Facebook page during the week of Feb. 22, she said, and residents might see a print flyer in their mailbox.
“We’re thrilled to be opening our second location in Minnesota. The people have been so welcoming, and we’ve so enjoyed becoming a part of the community,” Robinson said.
