Car Egging, Mailbox Smashing: MGPD Incident Report

The following incidents occurred in Maple Grove Oct. 31 through Nov. 5, 2016, as provided by the Maple Grove Police Department.

Oct. 30
8000 block of Zinnia Lane. Report of vehicles parked in driveway, egged overnight; no damage and no suspects at this time.

18000 block of 80th Avenue. Report of person who fell; officers provided medical attention until medics arrived for transport.

12000 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Report of items stolen from a parked unlocked vehicle in parking lot. No suspects at this time.

Oct. 31
9000 block of Garland Lane. Report of tools stolen from construction site overnight. No suspects at this time.

Weaver Lake Road and Zachary Lane. Report of person who was biking and had fallen. On arrival, officers learned no serious injuries.

Nov. 1

9200 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Report of a broken window and open door. Seemed that entry was made, nothing taken. No suspects at this time.

12000 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Report of person having difficulty breathing. On arrival, officers provided oxygen until medics arrived.

9200 block of Xenium Lane. Report of items taken from unlocked vehicle parked overnight. No suspects at this time.

9000 block of Weston Lane. Report of occupied suspicious vehicle parked for 30 minutes. Officers made contact, parties arrested for drugs.

Nov. 2
13000 block of 73rd Place. Homeowner arrived home. Person dressed in black was at front door of residence and ran through backyard. Officers searched area, unable to locate person. No entry made and no damage to home.

7000 block of Wedgewood Way. Report of vehicle parked in driveway, convertible roof had been cut. No suspects.

8000 block of Wedgewood Lane. Report of parties exiting businesses wearing multiple layers of clothing. Officers advised that several items of clothing had been stolen. The vehicle involved was also stolen. Case is being investigated.

Nov. 3
7400 block of Kilmer Lane. Vehicle parked in driveway had tires punctured. No suspect.

11000 block of Fountains Way. Report of vehicle window smashed, items stolen. No suspects at this time.

12000 block of Arbor Lakes Parkway. Report of items stolen from parked unlocked vehicle. No suspects at this time.

Nov. 4
12000 block of 66th Place North. Homeowner reported hearing noises outside. Noticed trailer moved from storage area. Officers checked area. No suspects located.

8500 block of Rice Lake Road. Report of window smashed on vehicle. Items taken from inside of vehicle. No suspects at this time.

16000 block of 66th Place. Report of unknown person knocking on homeowners door for 15 minutes. On arrival, officers did not locate anyone in area, but did find an open garage door and notified homeowner.

Nov. 5
11000 block of 91st Avenue. Report of homeowners mailbox damaged. No suspects at this time.

9000 block of Chesshire Lane. Report of person having difficulty breathing and chest pain. Officers supplied oxygen and assisted medics with transport to hospital.

11000 block of Fountains Way. Report of shirt and phone stolen from swimming area. No suspects at this time.
