A proposal to build Grove Circle Medical Building moved forward with an approval by the Maple Grove City Council at their Jan. 17 meeting to have the city attorney prepare several resolutions to approving the Grove South Cambria Suites PUD Concept Plan amendment and Grove Circle Medical Building Development Stage Plan.
The site for the project is approximately 2.12-acres and “adjacent to and
east of” Cambria
Suites, which is located at 9655 Grove Circle North.
The proposed concept plan amendment for the Grove South Cambria Suites location, according to a memo provided to the council, was requested to build a 24,000 square-foot, two-story medical office building. The first floor of the building is proposed to be used for a clinic, the second floor for ambulatory surgery and clinic. (left graphic provided by city of Maple Grove)

The area for the portable MRI would be used once or twice a week, according to a memo provided to the council, in a screened, fence paneled area.
The drafted resolution for the Grove South Cambria Suites PUD Concept Plan amendment and Grove Circle Medical Building Development Stage Plan is anticipated to the finalized at the Feb. 6 Maple Grove City Council meeting.
