As part of a proposed development of 73 single-family homes, The Woods at Rush Creek Planned Unit Development, north of Bass Lake Road and west of County Road 101 took another step forward in early March.

Public improvements, such as roads, water main, and sewer, will be constructed by city as part of the project, according to documents provided Maple Grove City Council at the March 6 meeting.

The council approved establishing the project and ordered the feasibility report at the March 6 meeting, according to the minutes.
