A true sign that a business has achieved success comes when a decision is made to open a second location. That is exactly what Club Pilates Arbor Lakes  owners Brent and Kate Ras have accomplished.

A year after opening their Maple Grove location at 11658 Fountains Drive, is planning on opening their second location in Plymouth at the in June off Highway 55 and Vicksburg Lane.

From group classes to individual sessions, the Maple Grove location has seen growth to 45 to 50 classes per week which sped up the process of opening the second location.

“We are having so much fun,” General Manager Emily Ritter said. “I think going into it the owner knew he wanted to expand, it happened a little quicker with the demand.”

Members will be able to utilize both locations and the instructors will be shared as well. Referals have been a big part of Club Pilates growth and local businesses have taken advantage with private events.

“The Maple Grove community has been awesome,” General Manager Emily Ritter said. “A lot of people came in with no Pilates background and have really come into it and progressed.”

Members at Club Pilates may come in with different goals and different intentions. Some are recovering from injury, others want to build core strength.

“There’s not a single person that can say Pilates is not for me,” Ritter said.
