For the last eight years, Maple Grove resident Jamie Lawless has been helping individuals at all life stages as the owner of Flawless Care Therapeutic Massage.

“It’s really about helping people,” she said of her business.

As a certified massage therapist, Flawless Care Therapeutic Massage provides services such as Swedish deep tissue, trigger point, seated chair, pregnancy, and heated stone massage as well as ear candling. Her practice, located in North Maple Grove Chiropractic in the Americana Bank Building, is independently operated. Massage Therapist Angella Hoglund joined her staff in 2015.

“Different patients look for different experiences,” she said. “Both Angela and I do patient consolations – we blend what they want and what their body needs. We offer a modality of services to give patients the experience the are looking for. We try to keep it simple.”

From injury recovery clients to individuals looking for relaxation, wellness and health is key, as is meeting clients where they are at.

“We put a lot of wellness components into it as well. People sometimes have other wellness goals – like less stress or injury recovery,” she said. “Some people just look to have some shoulder work and leave – and that’s ok. We keep it broad. Hopefully, they walk away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.”

As her practice has grown, she said the majority of her business has been built on word of mouth and referrals from current clients. “We thank our patients for that,” she said.

“It has been rewarding to me,” she said of owning Flawless Care Therapeutic Massage. “I’ve always been a caretaker. It’s a way to give back.”
