Maple Grove City Council to Consider Territorial Woods Area Street and Utility Project, Public Hearing Scheduled

At its July 17 meeting, the Maple Grove City Council approved approved a resolution establishing the Territorial Woods Street and Utility project as well acknowledging receipt of the feasibility report as well as ordering a public hearing.

The PUD Development stage plan was previously approved by the Council which proposes a residential neighborhood development, according to documents provided to the Maple Grove City Council by city staff, located on approximately 21-acres of land east of Fernbrook Lane between Territorial Road and County Road 81. The development proposed would include a three story, 98 unit apartment building and 69 townhomes.

The Maple Grove City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing to consider the improvement Territorial Woods area street and utilities for the project at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 7, 2017.
