The summer has been a busy one for New Creations Childcare Center as they work toward the opening of their newest site in Maple Grove.

"Most of our expansion has been in suburbs north of the Twin Cities," Co-owner Tiffany Simon said. "We loved the idea of going beyond our normal scope into a new community."

The faith-based childcare facility plans on offering infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms with an anticipated staff of about 25 people at the Maple Grove site.
"Our latest location is opening late September 2017 in Maple Grove," according to the New Creations website

New Creations, at their upcoming 9827 Maple Grove Parkway location, isn't only adding its expansion into Maple Grove as beyond their "normal scope." Situated near Maple Grove Hospital, Simon said they will be providing "high-quality care that is open late."

The inclusion of evening hours, according to Simon, is to help meet the needs of the community and the varied scheduled of evening workers.

"We're excited to expand into the evening hours...we're hoping to stay open until 11 p.m.," she said.

Owned by Tiffany Simon, along with her husband Peter and business partners Ryan and Angela Carlson, there are seven New Creations locations in the Twin Cities. Initially, they started in 2011 with a location inside of a church in Blaine. They expanded, later opening sites in Andover, Lino Lakes, Brooklyn Park, Big Lake, Ramsey, and St. Paul.  Maple Grove will be their eighth location.
