Maple Grove resident Trevor Bunce, a recent graduate of New York University, is featured in a lead role in the musical "Sam's Son"   at Art House North in St. Paul. Trevor is the son of Greg and Lori Bunce of Bunce Backyard Productions in Maple Grove.

"Sam's Son," as described by the Bucket Bridage, shares the story: "Gifted with unnatural strength, Sam Jr. wants to accomplish great things, but his reverend father seeks to shelter him from the wide world.  When a Prohibition agent comes digging for secrets in the town of Goode, Sam and his father get caught up in a tangled mission of truth, where lies get revealed at great cost."

Performances are 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Sunday through October 28 at the Art House North, a 100+ year old church located at 793 Armstrong Avenue in St Paul. The venue is also home to the theater company Bucket Brigade. Tickets are $22-$27.
