Mills Creek Residential Rental Community in Maple Grove Prepares for Upcoming Occupancy

The announcement, released by Watermark Equity Group, LLC and Great Lakes Management, stated the stand-alone homes rental community a "first of its kind in the Twin Cities region" and includes a mix 66 homes which include two, three, and four bedroom models - ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 square-feet.
“Similar rental communities have been popping up all over the country, and we are thrilled to be able to introduce the concept in the Twin Cities market,” Watermark Equity Managing Partner Freddy Ellis said. “Mills Creek offers many things that traditional apartments cannot, like your own two-car garage, private yard, and detached walls. It provides the benefits of a single-family home lifestyle along with the amenities, maintenance-free living and flexibility typically offered by multifamily communities. It is perfect for active adults looking to downsize, and young professionals or families preferring to rent instead of buying a home of their own."
Amenities include a clubhouse, business and fitness center, patios, fire pits, grilling stations and a putting green, according to Watermark Equity Group, LLC and Great Lakes Management. Other highlights include a fitness trail around the property, secluded dog park, and an outdoor garden for tenants to grow their own vegetables.
