The following arrests occurred from Dec. 18-23, 2017 in Maple Grove, according to a report from the Maple Grove Police Department.

December 24

A 27-year-old Brooklyn Center man was arrested for shoplifting on the 11400 block of Fountains Drive North. 

A 38-year-old Minneapolis woman and 38-year-old Crystal woman were arrested for shoplifting and warrant arrest on the 13700 block of Grove Drive North. 

A 19-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for theft on the 13700 block of Grove Drive North. 

A 26-year-old Wilmar man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia, uninsured vehicle near Elm Creek Boulevard and Hemlock Lane North. 

A 20-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for providing a false name to a peace officer and shoplifting on the 15300 Grove Circle North. 

A 20-year-old Brooklyn Park woman was arrested for shoplifting on the 15300 block of Grove Circle North. 

A 27-year-old Osseo man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana in motor vehicle) and driving after suspension near 85th Avenue North and Highway 169. 

A 25-year-old Mounds View man was arrested for obstructing the legal process – interfering with police officer, possession/sale of hypodermic syringes and needles, and warrant arrest.
