Raising Cane's Breaks Ground in Maple Grove

Raising Cane's, founded in Baton Rouge, LA by Todd Graves, is a fast food restaurant with a menu focused primarily on chicken finger meals and featured items including secret-recipe Cane’s sauce, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, freshly-brewed sweet tea and fresh-squeezed lemonade.
The company is anticipating hiring 75 crew members for multiple positions in the new restaurant in the weeks ahead.
“We’re excited to expand into northwest Minneapolis and bring Caniacs in Maple Grove their very own Raising Cane’s,” Raising Cane's Area Director Adam Jennrich said in a press release. “We are looking forward to assembling a great crew to join us in sharing our ONE LOVE with everyone in the area and we can’t wait to get involved with schools and other organizations in the community.”
The restaurant is slated to open in June and will be the seventh Raising Cane’s in the metro area and among more than 385 nationwide.
Known for its fresh never frozen chicken fingers, , Raising Cane’s was founded by Todd Graves in 1996 and is named for his yellow Labrador, Raising Cane.
