The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes Wins Award for Marketing Innovation

The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes won a MAXI Award for innovation in marketing at RECon, the International Council of Shopping Centers’ global retail real estate convention in Las Vegas on May 20.  

The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, managed by CBRE, won silver in the category of Sales Activation for shopping centers of less than 500,000 square feet. 

The Shoppes and OMNI Brewing Co. hosted a Black Friday Pop-Up Taproom in November that offered a fun and engaging rest stop for shoppers on Black Friday. The one-day pop-up drove an increase of traffic to retailers in comparison to the prior year and attracted media attention as well.

The MAXI Awards, presented annually by ICSC, recognize innovative events, programs and technology that add value to shopping centers and companies across the U.S.
