A new business has opened in Maple Grove focused on resale clothing aimed at children, teenagers and young adults.

Children’s Orchard and NTY Clothing Exchange, located at 13625 Grove Drive, were opened by franchise owner Erin Hente Thursday, July 26.

After losing her husband (Andy) three years ago in an explosion at a welding company in Dayton, Erin will opened the family business the couple dreamed of owning.

By October of 2017, Erin decided the time was right for her and her family to begin a new chapter.

“It’s a family business, and not just for my family, but for  all of the families in this community,” Erin said. “I’ll be able to pay people cash on the spot for gently-used items they no longer wear, sell them great clothing and accessories for a fraction of their retail price and donate their unsellable items to an amazing local charity [The Family Partnership]. My children and I are very excited to get started.”
