For the month of November, the Maple Grove Fire Department responded to 70 incident reports. Here's a synopsis of incidents responded to by the Maple Grove Fire Department for November 2018.
8700 block of Cottonwood Lane North. Gas leak.
Southbound I-494 & Bass Lake Road. Vehicle accident.
Westbound I-694 and Hemlock Lane. Passenger vehicle fire.
6700 block of Evergreen Lane North. Strange odor/smell.
16300 block of 84th Avenue North. Public service. Homeowner found a paper bag at the end of driveway, said it had gasoline in a plastic bag. No signs of gas and very slight odor. Disposed of bag.
10300 block of Yorktown Lane North. Strange odor/smell.
9900 block of 107th Avenue North. Strange odor/smell.
9800 block of Zinnia Lane North. Smoke or odor removal.
12800 block of Arbor Lakes Parkway North. Strange odor/smell.
12000 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Search for person on land. Requested by Maple Grove Police Department to assist with location of missing male with possible dementia. Arrived on location and met with police department. Advised he had been located.
6400 block of Sycamore Court North. Burnt food.
13800 block 85th Place North. Burnt food.
17700 block of 69th Place North. Steam, vapor, fog or dust thought to be smoke.
11900 block of Central Park Way North. Burnt food.
13600 block of 97th Place North. Burnt food.
11300 block of Douglas Drive, Champlin. Building fire.
9100 block of Zanzibar Lane North. Burnt food.
11800 block of Fountains Way. Burnt food.
2 Scimed Pl N Removal of victim(s) from stalled elevator. Individual stuck in elevator at Boston Scientific. Fire crews opened elevator door and freed individual.
7500 block of Wedgewood Way. Gas leak.
8400 block of Urbandale Lane North. Gas leak.
16500 block of 92nd Avenue North. Building fire.
